Assisted Care Suite $900

(does not include Supreme Court Filing Fee)

Our Assisted Care Suite empowers you with the tools and guidance needed to navigate the probate process independently, with our friendly team providing comprehensive support. We equip you with the necessary information and documentation to obtain a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, offering step-by-step assistance throughout the application process.

Eligibility for the Assisted Care Suite:
  • The will is valid at law.

Document Review:

Thorough examination of your documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Application Preparation:

Guidance in preparing your application for submission to the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Communication with Organisations

Assistance in connecting relevant organisations, such as banks, on your behalf.

Process Guidance

Step-by-step guidance through the probate application process.

 

Additional Support Available:

  • Obtaining desktop market valuations for properties (if required).
  • Providing advice on best practices, limiting liability, and tailored estate administration. 
  • Assistance with the witnessing of your Affidavit and marking of the will.
  • Lodging your application with the Probate Registry at the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Extra Fees Apply If:

  • Inconsistencies in the spelling of the deceased’s name in the will and death certificate.
  • Undated will.
  • Invalid will at law.
  • Lost, damaged, or multiple wills and/or codicils.
  • Requirement of a medical affidavit for capacity.
  • Executor renouncement.
  • Addressing Requisitions from the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
  • Involvement of interstate or overseas executor(s).
  • Contested probate cases.

Post-Grant of Probate Services

Our team continues to offer additional support after the issuance of the Grants of Probate, assisting with estate administration matters such as:

  • Conveyancing for the sale of real property.
  • Complete Care Estate Administration.
  • Drafting and execution of Deed of Family Arrangement.
  • Preparation of Deed of Indemnity and Release.
  • Survivorship Application with Landgate.
  • Application for a replacement Certificate of Title.

Complete Care Suite $2,200

(does not include Supreme Court Filing Fee)

Our Complete Care Suite covers all your probate needs, ensuring that an expert team of solicitors manages everything. We will take care of your application from start to finish, while keeping you informed along the way. This includes reviewing your documentation, preparing and lodging your probate application, contacting organisations such as banks on your behalf, and more.

You are eligible for the Complete Care Suite If:
  • The will is valid at law

The Complete Care Suite includes:
  • Review of the will for validity;
  • Preparation of a full application to the Supreme Court of Western Australia for a Grant of Probate;
  • Notifying banks and obtaining asset letters;
  • Obtaining desktop market valuations for any properties;
  • Obtaining statements for Refundable Accommodation Deposits;
  • Witnessing your Affidavit and marking the will;
  • Lodging your application with the Probate Registry at the Supreme Court of Western Australia;
  • Take receipt of the Grant once issued and provide this to you;
  • Providing you with a letter of advice in respect to your obligations as executor at law, best practice, limiting your liability and estate administration tailored to your estate matter;
  • Provide you with certified copies of the Death Certificate and Grant of Probate.

Extra fees apply if:
  • The spelling of the deceased’s name are inconsistent  in will and death certificate;
  • The will is not dated;
  • Invalid will at law;
  • Lost will;
  • Damaged will;
  • Multiple wills and or codicils
  • Where a medical affidavit for capacity is required;
  • If an executor renounces;
  • Answering any Requisitions from the Supreme Court of Western Australia;
  • Interstate or overseas executor(s);
  • Probate is contested.

 

Once you have been issued with a Grant of Probate, our team can offer additional support with any estate administration matters that may occur, such as:
  • Providing you with a letter of advice in respect to your obligations as executor at law, best practice, limiting your liability and estate administration tailored to your estate matter;
